About ADNH

ADNH Compass is a Joint Venture (JV) established between Abu Dhabi National Hotels and Compass Group PLC in Abu Dhabi with responsibility for managing business across the Middle East. Since its foundation in 2001, the ADNH Compass JV has certainly had its challenges, but has grown in both size and diversity into a quality, broad-based Hotel, Tourism, Transport and Catering Group. We operate in the UAE, Qatar and Egypt.

ADNH interests include 3, 4 and 5 star hotels in addition to 'Sunshine Tours' and its transportation business 'Al Ghazal'.  As a company we specialise in providing food, hospitality and facility management and camp design-build services.   ADNH Compass self-performs most services, enabling excellent control over service delivery which unlocks some substantial benefits such as cost savings, operational risk profile improvement, standardisation and quality enhancement. Our work is also supported by integrated and robust processes and procedures.
