Khaled H Al Khoori: Chairman ADNH Compass
Mr. Khaled is Chairman of the Board of Directors for ADNH Compass and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Future Investments & Blue Lake Properties. He also holds a number of other Chairmanships and serves on a number of Committees and Director Boards including Chairman of Orient House for Development & Construction since 2006, ADCB’s Board of Directors since April 2012, member of the ADCB Risk & Credit Committee and Corporate Governance Committee. He is also on the Board Executive Committee and NCHR Committee for Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH).
Mr. Al Khoori holds a Master of Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, U.S.A and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
Alan Morgan George: CEO Middle East
Alan has led the successful ADNH Compass business since 2005, continuing an international career that spans more than 30 years working for Compass Group across various regions, including ESS in the Middle East. An accomplished, experienced and pragmatic senior leader, Alan is driven by high performance standards, balanced with a people-centric approach. This is demonstrated through strategic engagement with our clients and with our employees at all levels, whereby Alan actively shares his appreciation for good work being delivered across the business. This in turn drives trust, commitment and high performance from our employees across the business.
Andrew Marshall: Finance Director
Andy joined ADNH Compass in January 2018 and has overall responsibility for the financial health of the business through the finance function. A results-focussed leader, with a people-centric approach, Andy is tasked with driving continuous improvements in financial and administrative processes and performance. He has the backing of extensive international experience in senior roles, as well as a long and successful history with the Compass Group. He joined the UK and Ireland business in 1998 and has worked with Eurest, Restaurant Associates, and the Sports and Leisure sectors. Prior to joining us here in the Middle East, Andy was Regional Finance Director for Asia Pacific and Managing Director for Singapore and Malaysia.
When he is not at work keeping our finances in check, Andy enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his family including his two precious and active boys aged 8 and 10.
Simon Henderson: Legal Counsel
Simon plays a vital role in ensuring that ADNH Compass operates compliantly and to high standards of business conduct and ethics. A UK qualified corporate/commercial lawyer, Simon has extensive legal experience working in private practice, with Denton’s and CSM Cameron McKenna, as well as finance experience working as a corporate finance advisor. Simon moved to the Middle East in 2009 and held senior in-house legal positions before joining ADNH Compass in March 2016. As well as General Legal Counsel, he is the Company Secretary and the Secretary to the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. Simon has a regional role covering the other Compass companies in the MENA region.
Simon passed out of the prestigious Sandhurst Military Academy in 1995 and has an International MBA with Distinction.
As a father to 3 boys his free time is limited, however he still tries to enter the odd Olympic distance triathlon each year.
Evan Hooper: Procurement & Supply Chain Director
Evan brings 17 years’ worth of experience gained in procurement, supply chain and retail working for well-known international organisations including Marks & Spencer and Aramark. Evan joined ADNH Compass in January 2017 and leads the Procurement team to drive quality and value for money in the goods and services we procure and deliver to our clients. Evan is an advocate for transformational and positive change through the Procurement function, this includes a commitment to developing strategic initiatives that increase our use of local suppliers and subsequently our positive impact on the UAE economy.
When Evan is not busy at work, he enjoys spending down time with his wife and daughter.
Brinton Phillips: HSEQ Director
Brin is an experienced HSE professional who has worked as a HSE and Food Safety professional for over 30 years and has worked with ADNH Compass since 2015. Brin has extensive experience gained with a number of international blue-chip organisations in Senior HSE roles including Amazon, BP, Compass Group (previously in UK, CAMEA & ASIA) and Safeway Stores.
In his last role Brin was employed as a Major Project HSSE Manager with BP and this brings an extensive and varied background to the benefit of many of our clients.
Brin has a B.Sc. in Environmental Health & Safety and a PG Diploma in Acoustics & Noise Control. As well as being a Chartered Environmental Health & Safety Practitioner, Brin is a Fellow of the institute of Food Hygiene Technology, Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health and a Registered Scientist. He was also recently awarded Grade A Practitioner status by OSHAD and is an IOSH member.
When Brin isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his family, writing music and pursuing numerous outdoor activities.
Francoa Le Grange: Human Resources Director
Responsible for our most important resource, ADNH Compass employees, Francoa has been leading the HR team since April 2013. Francoa’s 25-year career in HR covers a diverse range of industries including Mining, Construction, Oil & Gas, Catering and Facilities Management, which provides an excellent foundation for managing our own multi-service operations. Francoa uses his keen strategic experiences and insight into employee welfare, developing human potential and managing performance to ensure our 22,000+ staff deliver high quality services to our customers across the UAE.
Francoa has an Honours Degree in Industrial Sociology from the Potchefstroom University, South Africa and is a British Psychological Society (BPS) registered user. Francoa is a sports enthusiast and when he’s not at work looking after our people, he enjoys scuba diving with this wife, son and daughter.
Sandra Kerton: Sales Director Middle East
Sandra moved to ADNH Compass as Sales Director in November 2017, tasked with delivering sustainable growth across the Middle East. Developing and leading teams of Sales, Commercial and Bid Management, Sandra is a dynamic leader driving performance to deliver customer-focussed and value for money solutions for our customers.
Sandra has a long and successful history with the Compass Group, most recently as Director Business Growth for Compass UK, across Offshore, Defence, Education, Government Services and Offshore. Other key highlights of Sandra’s career with Compass Group include senior leadership roles in Operations, Retention and Client Services.
When Sandra takes a break from work, she enjoys travelling to new places, enjoying new food experiences, and spending time with her family at their holiday home in France.
Mike Taylor: Operations Director
Starting out as a graduate Chef from Catering College in the North East of England in 1985, Mike has built an impressive international catering management career, spanning 15 countries over 24 years. For the last 18 years Mike has worked for the Compass Group in a range of senior management roles, including 10 years for ESS in Kazakhstan, where he was General Manager. Our catering operations here in the Middle East benefit from Mike’s high levels of cultural exposure and awareness, as he drives his team to continuously develop authentic multicultural food offers that suit our diverse range of customers.
Mike has a Master Degree in Business which he gained through the Compass Group graduate program.
He lives with his wife and 2 children in Dubai, he’s a keen SCUBA diver and an avid, long-suffering, Newcastle United Fan.
Dean Harnden: FM & Support Services Director
Working with ADNH Compass since February 2013, Dean leads a carefully selected team of over 12,000 staff delivering our cleaning, manpower and pest control services. He has over 25 years’ experience in the FM sector across security and cleaning, and he held senior management roles at two Olympic games. This level of experience in complex operations, as well as a pragmatic approach, has enabled Dean to lead his team to grow the FM and Support Services division by 100% in the last 5 years.
In his spare time, Dean enjoys spending time with his family and participating in sports.
Ghida Sarieddine: Strategic Partnerships Director
Ghida has over 8 years’ experience in the F&B sector working in business development, operations and project management roles. Passionate about food and nutrition, Ghida has volunteered for 3 years with the Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority (ADFCA) in the policy and regulation division. Her hard work has been recognised with three awards from the ADFCA Director General for her involvement in key projects for the UAE including developing Codes of Practice and co-authoring an international publication on catering perspectives at the Emerald Worldwide Hospitality and Tourism Themes.
Ghida has a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics and minor in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut and an MSc in Food Management from the University of Surrey, United Kingdom.
Ghida enjoys travelling to new countries, doing cross fit exercises, volunteering with NGOs and animal care support. Ghida is passionate about all kinds of water sports and activities including snorkeling, kite surfing, wake boarding, diving, and surfing.
