Chef Richard Green
Regional Executive Chef 

Chef Richard joined ADNH Compass in 2015 to support our University clients and deliver 5-star quality services through targeted client engagement. Australian born with a career spanning over 30 years, he started out as a Pastry chef in 1985 followed by an international career spanning a diverse range of countries including Fiji, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Philippines, America & Europe for World luxury brands such as Ritz Carlton, Rosewood and Peninsula Hotel Groups.

Driven by a keen desire to be the best at everything he does, Chef Richard has had an enormous impact on our Education Sector contracts, introducing 5-star quality as well as innovations not previously seen in the sector. A World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WACS) Master Chef, with extensive training and culinary skill set, Chef Richard is the mastermind behind the ADNH Compass Culinary Academy, designed to identify future culinary superstars!

Chef Raydan Bou Mahdi
Cluster Operation Manager 

Chef Raydan has a vibrant and dynamic personality and prides himself on delivering “Heartfelt Hospitality” for clients and customers. He shares these qualities with his team to ensure high quality standards of delivery across the sites he manages.

Born in Lebanon, Chef Raydan came to the UAE 15 years ago, with a qualification in Hotel Management and a determination to succeed. Working with ADNH Compass for the past 7 years, Chef Raydan is known for his attention to detail, and making consistency a priority throughout all areas of his work.

What does Chef Raydan love about working with ADNH Compass:The respect and appreciation we get from the leadership, senior team and colleagues for the quality work we do.

What does Chef Raydan do in his spare time: Camping, looking after his garden and caring for his animals.

Sawsan Ibrahim Al Jarrah
Contracts Manager, FM & Support Services

Sawsan came to the UAE 17 years ago from Jordan and has worked with ADNH Compass for the past 9 years. Throughout her career Sawsan has developed an in-depth knowledge of the ADNH Compass business and her sector, enabling her to meet the needs of our clients and customers. Sawsan is excellent at building relationships with clients and motivating her teams to deliver high quality Facilities Soft Services. 

Sawsan has an educational background in Nutrition and Economy Science.

Hatim Hany
Regional General Manager, Northern Emirates

With his degree in Hospitality Management, Hatim set out from Lebanon to the UAE 30 years ago with dreams of a using his people skills and passion for delivering great customer experiences. After some years, Hatim joined ADNH Compass and has enjoyed 25 successful years with the organisation. Great at building relationships Hatim has an instinctive ability to match ADNH Compass services and capabilities to meet clients’ needs. Hatim is well known throughout the organisation for managing contracts to a high standard and applying the highest level of ethics and quality.

What does Hatim love about working with ADNH Compass:Many things including (1) the visibility of our top management, (2) Compass status as an international company operating in more than 50 countries, (3) the high standard of ethics we set for ourselves while we deal with clients, our employees and suppliers, (4) the high level of our internal systems.”

Aly Sakr
Operations Manager

Aly came to the UAE 9 years ago from Egypt to pursue a career in Catering and for the past 5 years has been working with ADNH Compass. An asset to the Company, Aly is an excellent team player and is driven by effective collaboration to deliver personalised and tailored services to our clients. 

Aly has a BSc. Commerce and is skilled at generating new ideas for delivery value for money catering offers to our clients.

Justus Natarajan
Head chef

Justus came to the UAE 1 year ago to work with ADNH Compass Offshore operations. In a short time, Justus demonstrated a high level of skill and passion for quality and was rewarded with promotion to Head Chef.
