How Old Are The Statler Brothers Now

So, you're wondering, "How old are the Statler Brothers now?" Well, buckle up, 'cause we're about to take a stroll down memory lane, and let me tell you, these guys have been around the block a few times!

Born in the Roarin' Twenties

Let's start with Don. He's the oldest of the bunch, born in 1939. That's right, folks! He's older than my grandmother's dentures. Now, you might be thinking, "Well, that's not so bad," but hold onto your hats, 'cause it gets a bit more... shall we say, seasoned.

Next up, we have Harold. He was born in 1941. Yep, that's right, he's older than the first-ever episode of I Love Lucy. I mean, can you even imagine a world without Lucy Ricardo? Neither can Harold, I reckon.

Now, you might be thinking, "Okay, okay, they're old, but not that old." Well, hold onto your hats, 'cause here comes Lester. Born in 1944, he's older than the first McDonald's restaurant. That's right, folks! He's been around so long, he remembers when hamburgers were a nickel!

And finally, the baby of the group, Jimmy. Born in 1945, he's older than the first Playboy magazine. Now, I'm not saying he was reading it, but let's just say he's seen a thing or two in his time.

Still Going Strong

Now, you might be thinking, "Okay, they're old, but are they even still alive?" Well, I've got news for you, these guys are like fine wine - they just keep getting better with age!

Don, Harold, and Lester are all still kickin', and they've even got a new album out. I mean, can you believe it? They've been around so long, they've seen music go from vinyl to streaming, and they're still making tunes!

As for Jimmy, well, he retired from the group back in 2002. But don't you worry, he's still out there, making music and keeping busy. I mean, what else are you gonna do when you've been around as long as he has?
