Born in the Swinging '40s
Tommy was born on September 15, 1946, in the small town of San Saba, Texas. That makes him a vintage 70-something, just like your grandpa's favorite whiskey. But don't let that fool you, he's still as sprightly as a young whippersnapper.
From Texas to Yale
Now, you might think Tommy's always been a Hollywood hotshot, but no sirree! He started his journey at Yale University, where he graduated in 1969. Imagine that, a future movie star rubbing shoulders with the intellectual elite. Who would've thought?
Must Read
After Yale, Tommy joined the U.S. Marine Corps. Yes, you heard it right! This action hero wasn't just playing a marine; he was one. Talk about bringing authenticity to the big screen!
Hollywood Calling
Tommy's acting debut was in 1970, in a TV movie called "Love Story." But it wasn't until the '80s and '90s that he really started making waves. He played the no-nonsense Agent K in the "Men in Black" series, and let's not forget his Oscar-winning performance in "The Fugitive."

But here's a shocker: Tommy was once arrested for public intoxication! Can you believe it? The man who played the stern, no-nonsense Agent K, getting himself into a pickle like that. Now that's a story he probably doesn't tell at press junkets.
