Is Les From Hardcore Pawn Still Alive

So, you're wondering if Les Gold, the man, the myth, the legend from Hardcore Pawn, is still alive, huh? Let's dive in, grab a coffee, and chat about it.

First things first, Les is definitely alive and kicking!

I mean, have you seen the man? He's like a human tank, always bustling around his Detroit store, American Jewelry & Loan. He's not one to shy away from the spotlight, so if he was gone, trust me, we'd know about it.

But hey, let's rewind a bit.

Les Gold, born in 1945, is no spring chicken, but he's far from kicking the bucket. He's a tough guy, a family man, and a pawn shop owner who's seen it all. He's been on our screens since 2010, thanks to the reality TV show Hardcore Pawn, which ran for 14 seasons. That's a lot of airtime, folks!

So, what's Les up to these days?

Well, he's still running the family business with his son, Seth, and daughter, Ashley. They've got their hands full with the store, and Les isn't one to slow down anytime soon. He's also been dabbling in acting, appearing in shows like Breaking Bad and Criminal Minds. Talk about a career change, huh?

But what about his health? He's not invincible, right?

True, true. Les has had his share of health scares. He's had a few stints in the hospital over the years, but he always bounces back. Remember, this is a guy who's been shot at, robbed, and threatened in his own store. A little hospital stay isn't going to keep him down!

Alright, let's address the elephant in the room.

Les Gold is not dead. He's very much alive and well. So, if you've been seeing those "R.I.P. Les Gold" memes online, don't believe the hype. It's just the internet being the internet. He's probably laughing about it over a cup of coffee right now.

But hey, let's not forget the other Golds.

Les' kids, Seth and Ashley, are still very much involved in the business and the public eye. They've got their own reality show, Hardcore Pawn: Chicago, which premiered in 2021. So, even if Les decides to retire (which, let's be real, he probably won't), the Gold legacy will live on.

So, there you have it, folks.

Les Gold is alive and well, running his pawn shop, and entertaining us all. Now, who's ready for another cup of coffee?
