Pete Hegseth, the man with the silver hair and a smile that could light up a newsroom, has been with Fox News since 2014. That's like, what, seven years? Feels like just yesterday he was joining the crew as a contributor. Now, he's co-hosting "Fox & Friends Weekend" and "Fox News Sunday." Quite the climb, huh?
