At ADNH Compass, we are committed to sustainability goals and to us food is food, not waste. Our expert Chef Raydan took part in the awareness workshop where they prepared a range of mouthwatering meals by using what’s usually classified as production/cooking food waste.  

In December 2017, ADNH-Compass were presented with two “Awards of Excellence” for Food Safety from Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority (ADFCA) at two of our catering units; Marina Mall “Juice-Juice” outlet and the “Spice of Life” outlet based at Al Wagan Hospital near Al Ain.
