How Long Has Howie Mandel Been On Agt

Howie Mandel: America's Got Talent's OG Judge

Ever wondered how long Howie Mandel has been on America's Got Talent (AGT)? Let's dive in, shall we?

First things first, Howie Mandel isn't just any judge. He's the OG, the original gangster, if you will, of AGT. But how did it all start?

Rewind to 2006, the year AGT premiered. Howie was there from the get-go, like the first slice of pizza at a party. He's been there, sitting pretty in that judge's chair, ever since. That's a solid 15 years and counting, folks!

So, why is this a big deal? Well, imagine if your favorite band had the same lead singer for 15 years. Or if your favorite TV show had the same cast for that long. It's like having a comforting, familiar friend who's always there, season after season.

But why has Howie stuck around? Is it the buzzers? The golden buzzers? The act of pressing that big, red button to stop an act in its tracks? Maybe. But it's probably more than that.

Howie's been around the block a few times. He's a comedian, an actor, a producer, and a judge. He's seen it all, from the amazing to the... well, let's just say, not-so-amazing. But he keeps coming back, year after year, because he loves the show, the acts, and the audience.

Think about it. Howie's seen AGT grow from a little-known talent show to a global phenomenon. He's been there for the highs and the lows, the standing ovations and the cringe-worthy moments. He's like the show's own personal historian, witnessing it all unfold.

Now, you might be thinking, "15 years is a long time. Has Howie ever thought about leaving?" Well, he has. But he always comes back. Why? Because AGT is more than just a show to him. It's a family. A crazy, talented, sometimes bizarre family, but a family nonetheless.

So, the next time you're watching AGT, remember that Howie Mandel has been there since the beginning. He's the show's longest-serving judge, and he's not going anywhere anytime soon. After all, where else can you find a judge who's been there for 15 years, pressing buzzers, making jokes, and loving every minute of it?
